About Us

Educate. Simplify. Succeed.

History

With the passing of our daughter and a mental health injury, Denny Brown and Kathleen Ramsay decided to make some life changes to provide the right environment for healing and creativity.

We created Ramsay Brown Media to further our passions of teaching, charity, and relationship building. These strong passions and life experiences gave us the building blocks of our company through the clear words of "Educate, Simplify, Succeed."

Through training and education, you grow your personal and professional self. This growth allows you to create teams and processes to simplify your business and life. With these components in place, you have set yourself up to succeed.

Join us in our adventure to build strong and successful relationships.

Denny Brown

A 23-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces and a dedicated father and husband, Denny has had a variety of experience across the world in business practices, communications, marketing, and human and resource management.

After suffering a horrible loss when his daughter, Audrey, succumbed to a mitochondrial disease at the age of 3, Denny dedicates some of his time to bringing awareness to mitochondrial issues and raising funds for charities.

When Denny is not working, you can find him playing poker, gaming, biking, or cross-country skiing in the Gatineau hills.

Kathleen Ramsay

Multiple years ago, Kathleen found a love for social media and started taking webinars, classes, and training through Algonquin College.

Her love of social media has helped in healing a mental health injury she suffered as a paramedic for the City of Ottawa. Through her years, she volunteered her time and knowledge to many who could not afford to pay for services.

Kathleen’s interest in helping others, regardless of the way, is mighty. However, her injury tends to use up a lot of her energy.

You will most likely encounter her in the wild, but she is mostly there to cheer on Denny (and tell him how he’s doing things wrong) in the background.

We look forward to the day when she can consistently participate in RBM and offer her growing expertise in public relations.
